Durango Mountain Resort will be hosting a Mushroom and Wine Festival on August 22. There will be two events to choose from, a morning session and an evening event. The morning session will cost $25 per person. This includes transportation leaving from the DMR arrival court at 9:30 a.m. to Dante's Mountain Restaurant for the mushroom tour, a box lunch, a mushroom preperation demonstration, and return transportation.
The evening event is $65 per person for adults and will begin at 6 p.m. in the Durango Mountain Club. This will include valet parking at the Purgatory Lodge Main entrance, the course entree sampling featuring mushrooms with wine pairings and dessert, along with musical entertainment and the fantastic views of the Durango Mountain Club.
